About the Transition

DVS Footwear NZ has now closed. After nearly 30 years working with the brand, we've wrapped up local operations and remaining DVS stock is being cleared through our Australian eBay store.

We've ended our distribution of DVS in New Zealand. We chose to wrap up local operations clearly rather than leave things open-ended for customers and retailers.

To everyone who supported DVS in New Zealand - thank you. The loyalty, the sessions, the shop support, the crew, the scene… it meant everything. We're proud of the run we had.

Our focus is now fully on Lakai - a true skateboarding brand, rider-owned and rider-driven, pushing harder than ever. Lakai is built from the ground up to support real skateboarding: authentic, connected, and rooted in the scene.

We're backing NZ skaters and the skate/streetwear scene through Lakai. If you're looking for something built for real skateboarding, that's where we're putting our energy.
